President

Josh has over 25 years funding experience. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer & President of a large real estate firm that bought and sold millions dollars worth of residential & commercial real estate over an 10 year span. In this role he arranged funding on 168 large development projects. Josh has also served as the Chief Strategy Officer & Outside Financial Counsel for U.S. based 411, Related Companies, SoldWell, as well he as has consulted to some of the largest brands in the World such as Google, Nike, Mercedes Benz and many more.
